I traveled out to several remote living quarters today to do a little work with Igor, one of the Russian Nationals who is one of the other appliance techs. It was eye opening to say the least. Several of my observations: Full size pick up trucks don't exist in Moscow, buildings no matter how tall have wires running from one to the other in apparent order or reason, two lanes of traffic means 4 in Russian, you drive right by the nuclear power plant, and Moscow traffic jams beats anything seen in the US.
One thing I say about my initial tour around the city, Moscow has a full range of architecture from plane tenement buildings to very modern sky scrapers.
And I hope to take my camera next time!
